Panola Fillies Earn Impressive Road Victory

The Panola Fillies delivered a strong performance on the road this week, capturing a 84-75 victory against LSU-Eunice . 

From the opening whistle, the Fillies showcased energy, discipline, and teamwork. Gloria Tony led the offense with 22 points, while the team’s defense held firm throughout crucial stretches of the game. Head Coach Chelsea Hudson praised the group’s resilience and focus, especially in a challenging road environment. 

   “Winning on the road is hard. I’m proud of the      total team effort & bounce back” Coach Hudson stated . “We jumped out to an early lead. We took the hit when Eunice punched back &  I’m proud of that we didn’t just roll over.” 

The victory strengthens Panola’s position within the conference standings and provides valuable momentum as they prepare to return to action after the holiday break. Fillies next matchup is against Midland on January 2nd to begin the New Year.
