Game 1: Panola vs. Hinds College

In their final home game of the semester , the Panola Fillies defeated Hinds College with well-balanced offensive performance. The scoring was evenly distributed across the roster, with five Fillies reaching double digits. Their unselfish ball movement and disciplined defense set the tone early, allowing Panola to control the pace throughout the game. The win marked an energizing end to the home schedule and highlighted the team’s depth and chemistry.

Game 2: Panola vs. #3 Three Rivers 

Later in the week, the Fillies faced off against #3 Three Rivers in game 1 of the Budke/Serna Classic. Strong rebounding and key defensive stops kept the game close at half as the Fillies led 22-20. Three Rivers started the second half hot and never looked back. The Fillies made a late push in the fourth quarter. Although the game didn’t end in their favor, the effort showed resilience and highlighted areas of growth moving into holiday break. 

Game 3: Panola vs. Neosha 

The week concluded with a game 2 of the Budke/ Serna Classic win against Neosha College. Panola came out strong, pushing the tempo and attacking the basket in transition. Despite a tight first quarter the Fillies created separation late in the third quarter with improved defensive pressure and timely scoring. Their ability to adjust to defensive looks and maintain composure helped them secure another solid victory.

The Fillies return to action Saturday December 6th as they travel to Waco to play McLennan. Game time is set for 2:00pm.
