Week One Recap: 

In Week One of the 2024-2025 season, the Panola College Fillies displayed a convincing performance in their home opener against the Red Gales, securing their first W of the season, protecting their home court and moving to a perfect 1-0 on the season. 

Game 1: Panola College vs. Western Gulf

Defeated Western Gulf with a final score of 82-28.

Game Highlights:

• Sophomore guard Ja'Nae Southall led the team with a career-high of 19 points and 4 rebounds, while going 3/3 from behind the arc.

• Freshman point guard Hannah Carr had a stand out performance from downtown going a perfect 5/5 from the 3 to finish with 15 points, and 3 assists.

• Freshman forward Shaine Parker had a breakout performance with double-double figures at 12 points and 13 rebounds.

The Fillies will be back in action this Wednesday at home versus Eastern Oklahoma State College for a 6:00pm tip off.
